(500 gram rate) lacks dust jacket, fep has presentation inscription with signatures from the current Mayor (1966) and the President of the AFSC club of Kiama (hard to decipher but I think it says AFSC), I think the names are Jim Pierce and J Fry, plus two other signatures but I cannot decipher these, 192pp +plates. Very Good/No Jacket. association copy.

Within New Zealand (per order/ parcel) NZ $10.00 tracked parcel post or courier if order value over $250 NZ.
Australia NZD $20 to $40 by weight under 1kg.
Anywhere else NZD $40 to $60 by weight under 1kg.

RETURNS POLICY
-Books received which are markedly different from the description, or damaged in transit, may be returned within 7 days locally or 30 days internationally for a full refund of the book cost, less shipping, after prior agreement with the seller. Please make no returns until we have agreed on a remedy to the situation.
-All orders shipped by air mail with up to 4-6 weeks to international destinations outside New Zealand. Prices in New Zealand Dollars.
