SHIPPING RATES
Within New Zealand (per order/ parcel) NZ $10.00 tracked parcel post or courier if order value over $250 NZ.
Australia NZD $20 to $40 by weight under 1kg.
Anywhere else NZD $40 to $60 by weight under 1kg.
HEAVY ORDERS.
These will incur extra fees if weight over 1kg.
TERMS OF SALE
-Buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees or regulatory paperwork etc.
-Payment in advance of shipping by Paypal (includes credit card), Bank Transfer, or cash locally. International Bank Transfers accepted with NZ $12 bank fee added to invoice, for orders of NZD $250 or more then this fee is waived. For New Zealand buyers we request direct bank deposit only please.
INSURANCE
-Insurance included in postal charge.
RETURNS POLICY
-Books received which are markedly different from the description, or damaged in transit, may be returned within 7 days locally or 30 days internationally for a full refund of the book cost, less shipping, after prior agreement with the seller. Please make no returns until we have agreed on a remedy to the situation.
-All orders shipped by air mail with up to 4-6 weeks to international destinations outside New Zealand. Prices in New Zealand Dollars.

Credit cards processed via Paypal.

Items posted within 3 days by Royal Mail unless agreed otherwise; extra insurance by arrangement. I post world wide, using airmail to overseas destinations.
Payment methods accepted: sterling cheques and Paypal. Credit cards not accepted but bank transfer possible by arrangement.
Returns policy: Items may be returned within a week of receipt if unsatisfactory. Please keep proof of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender.
