I accept cash,checks drawn on a United States bank branch,International Postal Money Orders,International Money orders drawn on an United States bank branch, Master Card,Visa, PayPal.

If a customer is not satisfied with the item he/she receives it is returnable. I must be contacted before return.

We offer a no-quibble returns policy as long as books are returned within 7 days of receipt and you have contacted us before returning. If the reason for return is our error we will credit return postage.

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, JCB, or Solo cards. UK customers may also pay by Postal Order or cheque payable to The Glass Key or by PayPal (to glasskey@3-c.coop).

Overseas customers may also pay by Sterling Bank Cheque, PayPal, International Money Order or Direct Bank Transfer.
We also have a French bank account and can accept payment by direct transfer in Euros if this is more convenient – please ask for details.

Books will be sent first class in the UK and by airmail overseas unless alternative delivery methods are requested. Postage is charged at cost.
