Following conditions of sale apply:
Terms of Sale

All items are offered subject to prior sale.
Postage and packing is charged at cost and is in addition to the quoted price.
Any order is subject to our normal terms of business, whereby title to any goods does not transfer from the seller until payment is received in full, and is made under English law.
Methods of payment accepted:
Overseas customers: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), US dollar check, PayPal, or international money order made out in UK sterling, money order in US dollars, money order in euros
UK customers: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or cheque.
Return policy;
We run a 'no quibble' returns policy.
If we have made any error of collation or missed any significant flaw, or if we have failed to describe the condition honestly and accurately, we refund the cost of the book in full, plus the cost of outward shipping, plus the cost of your return shipping.
If you wish to return a book for any other reason, We refund the cost of the book, less a £5 handling charge. The cost of outward shipping is not refunded. The return shipping, and insurance, is at your expense.
In all cases, the returned book must be in our hands within one calendar month of the original sale, though exceptions can be made to this rule in special cases.
Any new damage suffered by the book will be charged pro-rata.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
Gaaf = als nieuw;
Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken, ook geen naam op schutblad;
Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, naam op schutblad etc.;
Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar: vouwen, onderstreping, schuingelezen, ezelsoren, etc.

Alle conditionele gebreken worden altijd beschreven.

Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en exclusief porto.

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.

Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden. Wel dient u aan Antiqbook door te geven dat u een zending retour zendt, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

Return policy;
All Books are described carefully and in detail. No assumptions are made about edition or condition and all faults are clearly stated. However, if you find the book to be not as described please contact us upon receipt of your order and we will be happy to discuss it further. Should the book fail to satisfy completely we are happy to refund if it is returned within 7 days of notifying us.

Alle Boeken worden in detail beschreven zorgvuldig en. Geen veronderstellingen worden gemaakt over uitgave of voorwaarde en alle fouten worden duidelijk verklaard. Nochtans, als u het boek om vindt te zijn niet zoals ons op ontvangstbewijs van uw orde gelieve te beschreven contacteren en wij zullen gelukkig zijn om het in detail te bespreken. Het boek volledig tevreden te stellen indien slagen wij er niet in zijn gelukkig aan terugbetaling als het binnen 7 dagen na het op de hoogte brengen van ons is teruggekeerd.

Jedoch wenn Sie das Buch finden, um zu sein nicht, wie bitte beschrieben, treten Sie uns bei Empfang von Ihrem Auftrag und mit uns ist glücklich, ihn weiter zu besprechen in Verbindung. Das Buch wenn, können uns vollständig zufriedenstellen sind nicht glücklich zurückzuerstatten, wenn er innerhalb 7 Tage Benachrichtigung wir zurückgebracht wird.
