Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
If packages are sent via airmail, the package can be insured at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

• Books are offered if unsold. The order of incoming orders is strictly respected.
• The online books are not available in our store at Kloosterstraat 48
. • Payment must be made before delivery; the ordered books are reserved for 12 days, pending payment or confirmation before shipment.
• Prices are net and VAT free (margin scheme) and expressed in EURO.
• Shipping and payment costs are at the buyer's expense. Shipping is at the seller's risk.
• Customer has a 100% guarantee and a free 14-day return policy within Europe.
• Ordered books remain our property until payment has been received.
• If the ordered work does not meet the stated description, return is permitted within 14 days.

• Verzending- en betalingskosten zijn ten koste van de koper. Verzending gebeurt op risico van de verkoper.
