The catalog was first published by Edward Baker in 1893. The index first appeared in the 1895 supplement to the catalog. Very good .

London, printed for John Billinger and George Dawes, 1675. First and only edition. - John Brydall (1635-1705?) was a lawyer and entered Queen`s College in 1652 and graduated in 1655 to graduating, he enrolled as a low ranking member at Lincoln`s Inn and was considered the obvious choice to replace his father upon his stepping down. Brydall published 36 legal treaties, and left 30 others in manuscript upon his death. - Spine and corners somewhat rubbed, inner hinges slightly broken, pages partielly slightly foxed, front and end papers slightly glue-stained, a small printed book-description mounted on front paper, else a fine decorative copy. [16], 76pp., [4]. With an engraved frontispiece, a folding table, and with list of books printed for George Dawes at end. 8°, contemporary red morocco, gilt title to spine, covers with two double-fillet panels with fleuron device in corners, edges gilt.
