Offered books are in good condition. Common shortcomings such as light discoloration, reading crease, name on front- or endpage are not mentioned. If necessary shortcomings will be mentioned in the confirmation of receipt of the order. Prices are including VAT, but excluding mailing costs. The mailing costs are for the expense of the buyer. Only the actual postage expenses according to the TNT tariffs will be charged. Dispatch of the ordered goods will take place as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

Return of goods
Books that do not meet the expectations of the buyer can be returned within 7 days. Expenses of returning the goods are for the buyer.

Aangeboden boeken zijn in goede staat. Gebruikelijke gebreken zoals lichte verkleuring, leesvouw, naam op schut- of titelblad e.d. worden niet vermeld. Zonodig worden gebreken gemeld bij de ontvangstbevestiging van de bestelling. Prijzen zijn inclusief BTW, maar exclusief verzendkosten. De verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de koper. Alleen portokosten volgens het TNT-tarief worden in rekening gebracht. Pakketten worden verzonden met DHL of Postnl. Toezending van het bestelde geschiedt zo spoedig mogelijk na ontvangst van de betaling.

Jenkins (1582 - 1663) was appointed judge just as the civil war started in 1642; as a royalist, he was ardent in defending the monarch and was charged with high treason in 1646. This was one of several publications that he issued while he was imprisoned. Wing J 577.
