Festivities in a dutch city (Amsterdam?) describing the festivities of the liberation from the german occupation by canadian and british troops, text in rhyme in dutch, intended for dutch youths. Illustrations depict canadians soldiers with their military vehicles, a pipe-band, with the national symbol of Canada, the Maple-leaf printed in colours on front wrapper. Copy still bearing the nazi approval imprint number K2185 on lower outer wrapper, due restrictions of paper-supply. A beautifully executed, very fragile, piece of memorabilia Als nieuw.
