Terms of Sale

Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
If packages are sent via airmail, the package can be insured at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

We aim to despatch all orders on day payment is received. Prices exclude postage. Please use one of the “Payment Options” with the “Post/Packaging Rates” detailed below.

Where books are required urgently alternative arrangements can be made.

2) Cheque - U.K. only, made payable to "Wheen O'Books" and sent to address below.
3) Money Order - Denominated in pounds sterling

Rest of World - £6.75

Dust Jackets are covered with removable protective film before despatch. Photographs are available on request.
We offer a no quibble refund policy. All books may be returned, for any reason, within 14 days of purchase.
