Our books are guaranteed to conform to the description contained each sheet and if, as a result of an error or oversight, this was not the case, the book will be taken ( in two weeks) and paid (including return postage ) provided it is returned in the same condition as purchased.
Our prices are in Euros, free packaging, postage and insurance are included for a shipment in Metropolitan France regardless of the value of the book (unless otherwise stated). Shipments, made under the responsibility of the buyers, are made by the Post Office in Colissimo, recommended with insured value from 50 € up to 5,000 € (delivery against signature, tracking the package and insured value); for works of less than € 50, shipments are made by letter followed; works whose value exceeds € 5,000 must be sent by special carrier: Chronopost with insured value and delivery against signature. For all shipping outside mainland France, postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments are made under the same conditions stated above.

Membre du Syndicat du Livre Ancien et Moderne (SLAM) et de la Ligue Internationale du Livre Ancien (LILA, ou ILAB en anglais), nos ventes se font selon les usages de la profession.Tous nos ouvrages sont garantis conformes à la description qui figure dans chaque fiche ; si, par suite d’une erreur ou d’un oubli, ce n’était pas le cas, l’ouvrage sera repris (dans les quinze jours) et remboursé (y compris les frais de réexpédition), à condition qu’il soit restitué dans le même état qu’à l’achat.
Nos prix sont en Euros, emballage gratuit, les frais de port et d'assurance sont inclus pour un envoi en France Métropolitaine quelle que soit la valeur de l'ouvrage (sauf mention contraire). Les envois, effectués sous la responsabilité des acheteurs, se font par la Poste en Colissimo, recommandés avec valeur assurée dès 50 € et ce jusqu'à 5 000 € (remise contre signature, suivi du colis et valeur assurée) ; pour les ouvrages inférieur à 50 €, les envois sont effectués en lettre suivie ; les ouvrages dont la valeur dépasse 5 000 € sont obligatoirement expédiés par transporteur spécial : Chronopost avec valeur assurée et remise contre signature. All books prices are listed in British Pounds (Pounds Sterling, GBP).
We can accept payment via PayPal.
We can accept payment by cheque, but the cheque must be drawn against a British bank account and must be payable in British Pounds.
Note that where payment by cheque is requested, books will not be dispatched until we have received the cheque and are satisfied that it has cleared.
Where possible, we aim to dispatch books within one working day of receipt of payment, although circumstances may occasionally dictate a slightly slower response.
Our basic postage and packing charges are as follows:
United Kingdom: 3.80 GBP, plus 1.95 GBP for each additional item.
Europe (Airmail): 6.00 GBP, plus 2.45 GBP for each additional item.
Outside Europe (Airmail): 8.20 GPB, plus 3.45 GPB for each additional item.
Outside Europe (Surface Mail): 5.80 GBP, plus 2.45 GBP for each additional item.
Postage will be calculated individually for each order, with regard to the size and weight of the overall package, so the shipping charges above should be considered to be guidelines only.
Destinations within Europe for the purposes of the above rates are:

Approximate delivery times from date of posting:
United Kingdom: Three days.
Europe: Usually within one week.
Outside Europe (Airmail): Usually within ten days.
Outside Europe (Surface): Varies, but allow up to twelve weeks.
Please allow at least the above times to elapse before reporting an order to us as missing in transit.
Charges are based on items with an average weight of around 350g. Where one or more items to be dispatched significantly exceed this weight we may request that the postage charge be increased to cover this. We may, at our discretion, lower the postage charge where the weight of the package is unusually low.
Where books are found by the customer to be not as described a full refund including postage charges will be provided upon return of the items in a timely manner and in the condition in which they were dispatched to the customer.
Where books are returned by the customer for other reasons (e.g. purchased in error) then the purchase cost of the books only will be refunded upon return of the items in a timely manner and in the condition in which they were dispatched to the customer.
