Bound in original publishers faux leather, raised bands, ornate gilt tooling, top gilt edges, others rough, silk endpapers. Some scuff wear/marking, bumped in places, faded on one spine. Generally bindings in good clean firm condition. Internally, some page have become detached, [ probably due to removal of plates ]. Pages in very good clean condition throughout. Housed in original publishers slipcases. Slipcases showning signs of wear. Generally a very attractive clean set. Near Very Good.
