Bound in period red crushed morocco, raised bands, gilt tooling, gilt panels to boards, full gilt edges, marble endpapers. Leather lightly rubbed, some abrasion wear or bumped on edges, a couple of short splits on hinge joints. A nice clean binding. Internally, gift inscription dated 1901, on free endpaper. Pages in good clean condition. A nice clean copy, although the binding is showing signs on wear, a very attractive binding. Near Very Good.
