Hard Cover. Good condition, No Dust Jacket. Black cloth covers are faded. one page has had a VERY tiny page repair at bottom using archival tape. Page XLIV (44) has 2 tears that have been repaired with archival tape and a wrinkle between the two. Good/No Dust Jacket. Signed by Author.

We offer the option of either US Postal Service Media Mail Rate Or Priority Mail shipping, within the United States.
Please note that Media Mail Rate, while reliable, can take one to six weeks to reach any US destination. Please do not elect this method if you are in a rush!
For delivery within 3-10 days, please request US domestic Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail is $8.95 for one book and $2.00 for each additional book; USPS Book Rate (Media Mail) shipping for one book is $ 5.95 and $ 1.50 for each additional book; Add $2 for insurance to any purchase.
