Leveringsvoorwaarden ELETTRA

* Alle goederen/boeken/artikelen zijn compleet en verkeren in nieuwe of (bij boeken) antiquarische staat, tenzij anders beschreven. Kleine onvolkomenheden, zoals een ingeplakte ex-libris of een naam op het schutblad, zijn niet altijd vermeld.
* Na uw bestelling ontvangen u en Elettra een bevestiging per e-mail.
* Uw bestelling/order wordt met de grootste zorg behandeld en na ontvangst van uw betaling verzonden, uw bestelling wordt 14** dagen gereserveerd, is uw betaling dan niet voldaan, hierna vervalt uw bestelling, voor ons heeft snelheid niet de hoogste prioriteit, wel dat de bestelling in goede orde en op het juiste adres afgeleverd wordt.
* Boeken die nog niet verschenen zijn (Uitgeverij), worden bij bestelling zonder voorbericht in nota gehouden.
* Wij handelen deze bestelling rechtstreeks met u af. In de e-mail staan de naam, het adres, de woonplaats en het telefoonnummer van Elettra vermeld.
* Boeken/Goederen + (verzendkosten) dienen vooraf betaald te worden.Wij leveren niet onder rembours, met acceptgiro of naar postbussen.
* Betaalmogelijkheden: Vooruitbetaling
**Naar vaste klanten wordt op rekening geleverd (vanaf min. 1 jaar) en op de voor hen bekende wijze.
* Bij boekwerken is per boek of zending: boek/boeken/DVD, de porto/verpakking verschuldigd, deze wordt bij iedere boek/zending apart bepaald, echter boven de 75,00 euro wordt de zending aangetekend verzonden, deze kosten worden doorberekend.
* De Koper betaald de verzendkosten, tenzij anders overeen gekomen.
Indien ondanks onze zorgvuldige verpakkingen etc. van boeken of andere goederen er beschadigingen tijdens het transport zijn ontstaan, zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor de daaruit voortvloeiende schade.
Mocht de koper hiervoor verzekerd willen zijn dan is dat mogelijk maar worden de extra verzendkosten aan de koper doorberekend, dit in overleg.
* Wij zijn op geen enkele wijze verantwoordelijk voor het niet tijdig afleveren of, zoekraken van pakketten en/of beschadigingen ontstaan door de vervoerder of andere wijze van transport, het is van het grootste belang dat u uw gegevens daarom juist en volledig invult bij uw bestelling.
* Retourzendingen worden in overleg met betreffende leverancier geaccepteerd, maar zonder
vergoeding van de Porto-verzendkosten gecrediteerd, ongefrankeerde retourzendingen worden geweigerd.
* Geleverde boeken en alle andere goederen blijven eigendom van Elettra totdat de totale betaling heeft plaatsgevonden.
* Levertijden zijn altijd onder voorbehoud, wij hebben geen invloed op de werkwijze van de leveranciers, vervoerders en andere omstandigheden.
* Alle kosten voortkomende uit niet tijdig betalen van bestellingen op wat voor wijze dan ook, komen ten laste van de Koper.
* De links op onze site of andere, brengen u en Elettra/henkdejonge.nl/uitsluitend tot elkaar en zijn op generlei wijze verantwoordelijk voor de afwikkeling van deze bestelling.

Prices are in EURO, including VAT.

Paypal, VISA and Eurocard-Mastercard accepted, for orders above EURO 250 however additional 3% (VISA), 5 % (Mastercard) creditcard-provision is charged.

Payment with EUROCHEQUE is no longer possible.

Due to the EC-Rules governing VAT in the Single Market, VAT (6%) is charged to all customers within the EC without a VAT registration number. Those who have a VAT registration number are urged to give us their number with their order, as we are required to show the number on our invoice, otherwise VAT will be charged.

Ordering by E-mail, fax or phone possible. There is no obligation to deliver. Shipping charges (including postage and possible insurance) are additional. Payment in EURO or DOLLARS by International Money Order, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer or Giro Transfer (see the numbers below). Bank charges (EURO 8 in case of bank-transfer, EURO 3 in case of a Giro Transfer) must be paid by the remitter. Payment in Dollars or other currency possible if the conversion charge and correct current exchange rate is used.

All books are in good condition unless otherwise stated. Books found not to be as described may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Books are of 8vo size in original cloth, unless otherwise described. The music scores are of the usual large 4to size, unless otherwise described.

Terms of Sale

We require payment in advance of shipping, except where a regular account has been created (Academic Libraries only). We always post 1st class and Airmail, every weekday! All shipping quotes are based on fast efficient service with the best possible packaging. Insurance or tracking is available on all packages subject to an extra charge.
Standard delivery charge is based on average weight of books - about 0.9Kg. Heavy items (over 1.5Kg) may require extra postage depending on destination. We'll e-mail you if necessary. Contact us direct with any queries, special requests or quotes for specific orders.
We accept all credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc), £, $ and € bank transfers, Paypal, cheques etc.

Refunds

Returning unwanted goods
7 days to cancel purchase for non-faulty goods

In the EU, you have the right to cancel your on-line purchase within seven working days.

This seven-day “cooling off” period begins on the day when you receive your purchase.

You can choose to cancel your order for any reason within this time frame – even if you simply changed your mind.

We will give you a refund within 30 days. This refund must include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase.

Although you have a right of refund, you will have to pay the postage costs of shipping goods bought on-line back to us.

Our voluntary returns guarantee: You may return, for a full refund, any item ordered from us within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in perfect condition.

Please contact us to obtain a returns authorisation by completing and returning this cancellation form, emailing (books@psychobabel.co.uk) or telephoning +44(0)1235 861411. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty. It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item.

If you return a high-value item, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Once we've received your item, we'll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase. This returns guarantee doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation described above.
Emails are usually answered within 24 hours, except at weekends.
Shipping/Delivery Times
We ship orders from Monday to Friday and all orders received and paid for before 3:00pm are sent the same day. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays are shipped the following business day.

UK packages are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail's airmail service. Expedited courier deliveries can be arranged. Please contact us for a quote.

Heavy orders (over 5kg UK or international) are usually shipped via private couriers. If your order is for a particularly heavy book or a volume set, please contact us with your shipping address and we will quote your total cost - the price of your order plus shipping costs - before you place your order.
Postal Insurance and special delivery is available at extra cost - simply let us know and we'll quote your total order amount, including p&p for whatever service you require.
