[2]pp.: introduction in which revisions and enlargements have been noted, with table of contents on verso. 44 mainly double sheets with coloured maps, of which 3 folding, all with legenda and inset-maps and plans, full page monochrome maps, additional information printed on versos of maps, 6 coloured stickers of national flags pasted on versos of map nos. 40, 43 and 44 by previous owner, 32pp. folio-sized clothbacked register with reference numbers and place names, loosely inserted. Dutch language multi-disciplinary World Atlas, a copy of the famous so-called Bos-Atlas. Possibly the last edition published befor the beginning of the Second Worldwar and the occupation of Holland. Good copy. (some little wear to spine ends and outer hingers, lower inner hinge a bit weakening, skilfully reinforced though, contents crisp with fresh colouring).
