We pride ourselves on thorough descriptions of all of our books. Therefore, all sales are final unless the book is not as described, in which case it may be returned for a refund of the purchase price if received within 10 days (Domestic), 21 days (International) or by other arrangement.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept PayPal but must charge 5% of the total to cover those fees., cash (at sender's risk and not preferred).

We also endeavor to be environmentally friendly and use recycled packaging when and how appropriate.

All orders will be handled according to date. All books are in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Prices are in EURO,9% (EU) VAT included. Postage will be charged at cost. Payment in advance. We accept PAYPAL. For payments in advance by check, an extra charge of EURO 20 is required. Books can be returned within 14 days if they are not according to description. Verkoopvoorwaarden

Bestellingen worden op volgorde afgehandeld. Alle boeken verkeren in goede staat, tenzij anders vermeld. Prijzen zijn in EURO, inclusief 9% BTW. Verzendkosten zijn extra. De boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Wij accepteren PAYPAL. U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email. Checks uit het buitenland dienen verhoogd te worden met 20 EURO voor de bankkosten. Boeken die niet aan de beschrijving voldoen kunnen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst en voorafgaand overleg worden geretourneerd.
