Following conditions of sale apply:
Terms of Sale

All items are offered subject to prior sale.
Postage and packing is charged at cost and is in addition to the quoted price.
Any order is subject to our normal terms of business, whereby title to any goods does not transfer from the seller until payment is received in full, and is made under English law.
Methods of payment accepted:
Overseas customers: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), US dollar check, PayPal, or international money order made out in UK sterling, money order in US dollars, money order in euros
UK customers: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or cheque.
Return policy;
We run a 'no quibble' returns policy.
If we have made any error of collation or missed any significant flaw, or if we have failed to describe the condition honestly and accurately, we refund the cost of the book in full, plus the cost of outward shipping, plus the cost of your return shipping.
If you wish to return a book for any other reason, We refund the cost of the book, less a £5 handling charge. The cost of outward shipping is not refunded. The return shipping, and insurance, is at your expense.
In all cases, the returned book must be in our hands within one calendar month of the original sale, though exceptions can be made to this rule in special cases.
Any new damage suffered by the book will be charged pro-rata.

We trade books according the rules of the I.L.A.B. (International League of Antiquarian Booksellers) of which we are a member. Prices are net. Shipping is not included. We charge shipping costs at the rates of the Belgian Postal Services. In our order confirmation we state the actual costs. Books can be returned within 10 days after delivery with our explicit consent if they do not correspond to the description. As payment we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. or IBAN banktransfer. For orders with a value over 500 EURO other payment methods can be arranged but this needs to be settled when placing the order. Customers of the European Community can also pay with a direct transfer to my bank account in Antwerp (Belgium). Account number: 320-0402327-41. IBAN BE 88 320 040 232 741, BIC BBRUBEBB . Please note that a returned book should be sent to WIM DE GOEIJ Postbox 520 NL-4645 ZW PUTTE The Netherlands. INSURANCE: The goods travel at the risk of the buyer. Extra insurance can be arranged for at prime cost but should be asked for when ordering.

We berekenen de verzendkosten volgens de tarieven van de Belgische Post. De exacte verzendkosten worden in onze bestelbevestiging opgegeven. Bestelde boeken kunnen teruggestuurd worden binnen 10 dagen indien ze niet overeenstemmen met de beschrijving en na ons expliciet accoord. Nous gérons notre librairie suivant les règles du L.I.L.A. (Ligue Internationale de la Librairie Ancienne), dont nous sommes membre. Les prix sont net. Les frais de port ne sont pas inclus. Nos tarifs pour les envois sont ceux de la Poste Belge. Les frais exacts sont communiqués dans notre acceptation de commande. Un livre commandé peut être retourné s'il ne corresponds pas à la description, seulement dans un délai de dix jours après la réception et avec notre accord explicit.
