Each purchase can be returned to the seller within 7 days after reception, without explanation (an e-mail to notify the seller would be appreciated however), after which the billed amount (excluding postage costs) will be restituted to the buyer. If the buyer returns the goods to the seller because the description of the books is not conform the actual condition of the goods then the billed amount including the postage costs will be restituted to the buyer. Returned goods should be received by the seller in the same condition as when sent to the buyer. The risk of returning goods is for the account of the sender.

De beschrijvingen zijn vrij beknopt. De boeken verkeren in goede staat tenzij anders vermeld. Prijzen zijn in euro. Verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de koper. Betaling binnen 30 dagen. De boeken blijven ons eigendom tot de factuur is voldaan. Betalingen per bank of m.b.v. paypal. Bestellingen worden verwerkt in volgorde van binnenkomst. Boeken alleen op afspraak af te halen.
Openingstijden winkel: ma. 13.00 - 18.00, di. - vrij. 11.00 - 18.00. donderdag tot 20.00. zat. 11.00 - 17.00.
Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Alle boeken zijn compleet en in goede staat. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken, worden zoveel mogelijk aangegeven.
Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en inclusief btw. Verzendkosten bank- en chequekosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend. U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email.
Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel met factuur worden geleverd.
Betaling moet geschieden via bank- of giro-overschrijving.
Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaatsgevonden.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor (evt. na overleg) de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten die hieruit voortvloeien worden doorberekend aan de koper.
