Payment
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Switch or Delta. If you wish to pay by cheque the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
Please ensure that we have your card number, expiry date and name and address that pertains to the card. We will also need the 3 digit code from the reverse of your card. Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.
For considerations of time and safety, please contact us. All books are checked, and carefully packed before despatch.
Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
If packages are sent via airmail, the package can be insured at the customers expense. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

We endeavour to describe our books accurately, but if you are dissatisfied in any way on receipt of order or wish to cancel the contract for any reason within 7 days, which period is to start the day after the date on which the goods are received, in which case please contact us to arrange the return and refund of the cost of the goods and delivery.

Cheques drawn on UK only, Paypal, and UK postal orders. International money orders and cheques from countries other than the UK or US can not be accepted.

All books have a 2 week no quibble returns policy. Email us within 2 weeks to say you wish to return a book. Full refund given when book is returned.

We will take the cost of the book plus shipping from your card.
We reserve the right to ask for extra money to cover shipping of heavy books. We will email you 1st.
We try to send books by airmail if economical to do so.
Surfacemail is currently taking about 8 weeks to the US and 8 - 10 weeks Australia.

You may return books within 14 days. Postage will be added to the bill.
We prefer orders by e-mail or letter.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

De portokosten zijn voor rekening van de koper. Men ontvangt bericht als een boek verkocht is. Elk boek kan binnen 14 dagen geretourneerd worden. Betaling vooraf. Met de boeken wordt een factuur gestuurd. Betaalmethoden: Via bank (KNAB).
Bestellingen bij voorkeur via e-mail of schriftelijk.
Gebreken zijn beschreven. Kleine gebreken, zoals een naam voorin het boek, zijn niet altijd aangegeven.
