Alpha 2 Omega Books receive personally identifiable information from Antiqbook only when it is voluntarily submitted by buyers when placing an on-line order. The data Alpha 2 Omega Books receive includes: name, billing address, delivery name, delivery address, e-mail address, date of order, items ordered, value of items ordered, method of payment, chosen method of delivery. Alpha 2 Omega Books do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to any third party for any purpose.
How Alpha 2 Omega Books use buyers’ personal information
Alpha 2 Omega Books may use any personal buyer information provided by Antiqbook to:
• process and dispatch buyers’ order/s
• carry out regulatory checks to meet our legal obligations

However Alpha 2 Omega Books have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.

Shipping cost is additional to the book price. Orders usually ship within 2 business days.
We offer FREE Delivery to UK for all orders (UK addresses only). All books shipped within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Items weighing up to 1 Kg will be shipped to the UK free, via Royal Mail 2nd class - items weighing in excess of 1 Kg will be shipped to the UK free, via Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail Standard Parcel. High value books will be shipped in UK via Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery Next Day, or via Parcel Force. All international sales sent via Royal Air Mail or Economy Mail.

Returns & Refunds:
A book may be returned for a full refund of purchase price and postage and packaging if it does not meet the description, as listed. Please note however that we pride ourselves on describing our books as accurately as possible.
Should you wish to return a book, please notify us within fourteen (14) days of receipt and return it in the same condition as received.

Retouren & Terugbetaling:

- Boeken worden na bestelling met factuur geleverd. Na ontvangst van de boeken dient het verschuldigde bedrag binnen 2 weken overgemaakt te worden op het op de factuur vermelde bank-/gironummer.
- Betaling binnen de EU kan geschieden via (internationale) bank- of giro-overschrijving.

- Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaatsgevonden.
- Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen - in uitzonderingsgevallen - te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. - Is de retourzending het gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourporto gerestitueerd. Als u de overeenkomst herroept, ontvangt u alle betalingen die u tot op dat moment heeft gedaan, inclusief leveringskosten (met uitzondering van eventuele extra kosten ten gevolge van uw keuze voor een andere wijze van levering dan de door ons geboden goedkoopste standaard levering) onverwijld en in ieder geval niet later dan 14 dagen nadat wij op de hoogte zijn gesteld van uw beslissing de overeenkomst te herroepen, van ons terug. Wij betalen u terug met hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee u de oorspronkelijke transactie heeft verricht, tenzij u uitdrukkelijk anderszins heeft ingestemd; in ieder geval zullen u voor zulke terugbetaling geen kosten in rekening worden gebracht.

U bent alleen aansprakelijk voor de waardevermindering van de goederen die het gevolg is van het gebruik van de goederen, dat verder gaat dan nodig is om de aard, de kenmerken en het werking van de goederen vast te stellen.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en de conditie van het boek wordt als volgt aan geduid:
Gaaf = als nieuw;
Zeer goed = geen noemenswaardige gebreken, ook geen naam op schutblad;
Goed = lichte gebreken zoals: minimale leesvouwen, lichte beschadiging omslag, verkleuring, naam op schutblad etc.;
Redelijk = duidelijk gelezen en gebruikt exemplaar: vouwen, onderstreping, schuingelezen, ezelsoren, etc.

Alle conditionele gebreken worden altijd beschreven.

Prijzen zijn netto, in euro en exclusief porto.

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.

Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden. Wel dient u aan Antiqbook door te geven dat u een zending retour zendt, waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

De boeken verkeren, behoudens de vermelde gebreken, in goede staat. Boeken die niet voldoen aan hetgeen de omschrijving suggereert, kunnen op onze kosten worden geretourneerd.

Over de prijzen wordt niet apart BTW berekend. Antiq. Van Starkenburg maakt gebruik van de zogenaamde marge-regeling voor de antiquarische en tweedehands boeken; de nieuwe boeken en uitgeversrestanten zijn inclusief 9 % BTW.
De prijzen zijn binnen Nederland exclusief 3,95 euro verzending.
De boeken blijven ons eigendom tot de nota is voldaan. Hierbij wordt een betalingstermijn aangehouden van twee weken. De nota dient voldaan te worden op NL14INGB0005018645 te name van Antiquariaat van Starkenburg te Apeldoorn. De volgende afkortingen worden gehanteerd : lin = linnen band, hlin = halflinnen band, ing = ingenaaid boek (gebrocheerd, paperback), gekart = gekartonnnerd. Indien een stofomslag aanwezig is dan is zulks vermeld. Als een stofomslag te zwaar is beschadigd dan wordt het boek verkocht als zijnde zonder stofomslag. De beschadigde omslag wordt wel bijgeleverd. Overigens moet worden opgemerkt dat boeken niet altijd met stofomslag zijn uitgegeven.
Antiquariaat van Starkenburg accepteert ook betalingen via IDEAL OF PayPal.
