Returns within 30 working days. Previous notification by email or phone will be appreciated. The price of the book(s) (including the shipping costs) will be restituted. Returns should arrive at the bookseller in the same condition as received by the buyer.
Verkoopvoorwaarden
Alle boeken zijn compleet en in goede staat, tenzij anders vermeld. Kleine onvolkomenheden zoals naam of stempel op schutblad of enkele onderstrepingen zijn niet in alle gevallen vermeld. De vermelde prijzen zijn exclusief verzendkosten. Deze zijn voor rekening van de koper. Hierbij gelden de tarieven van TNT Post. Eventuele bankkosten zijn eveneens voor rekening van de koper. Novemberland behoudt zich het recht voor een bestelling aangetekend of verzekerd te verzenden. De kosten hiervan zijn voor rekening van de koper. Bij bestellingen boven € 250 worden geen bijkomende kosten in rekening gebracht.
Bestellingen worden per e-mailbericht bevestigd met vermelding van de totale kosten en de wijze van betaling. In de regel worden de boeken verzonden na betaling van het verschuldigde bedrag. Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van Novemberland. Een besteld boek wordt 14 dagen gereserveerd in afwachting van de betaling.
Bij levering met factuur blijft het geleverde eigendom van Novemberland totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaatsgevonden.
Bestellingen worden in volgorde van binnenkomst behandeld.
De koper heeft het recht om een besteld boek binnen zeven dagen na ontvangst te retourneren, waarna terugbetaling van het betaalde aankoopbedrag zal volgen. Alle verzendkosten blijven voor rekening van de koper, tenzij sprake is van een onjuiste beschrijving van het boek of een verborgen gebrek. Het risico van retourzendingen is voor de koper.
Wij proberen onze bestanden zoveel mogelijk tijdig bij te werken. Het is echter mogelijk dat een verkocht boek toch nog in onze catalogus is opgenomen. Wij vragen hiervoor uw begrip. Uiteraard zijn wij in dat geval bereid om te proberen het door u gezochte boek langs een andere weg te verkrijgen.
