De boeken blijven ons eigendom tot de factuur is voldaan. Betalingen per bank of m.b.v. paypal. Bestellingen worden verwerkt in volgorde van binnenkomst. Boeken alleen op afspraak af te halen.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten en retourporto terugbetaald. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.
