Published on July 5, 1873, depicting Naser al-Din Shah Qajar (17 July 1831 – 1 May 1896), the fourth Shah of Qajar Iran from 5 September 1848 to 1 May 1896 when he was assassinated. Vanity Fair was a British magazine known for its social, political, and literary content. It gained fame particularly for its caricatures of prominent figures of the time. These caricatures, drawn by renowned artists, captured the essence of their subjects with a mix of humor, satire, and artistry. .
