The second to fifth pages are the guest list. The last four pages are the list of guests arranged alphabetically, with their table numbers in a column on the left. The name Rex Scouten handwritten on top right corner in red ink. Three horizontal folds. The dinner was in honor of The Right Honorable The Prime Minister of Australia and Mrs. Fraser. Extremely Scarce. Rex Wayne Scouten (September 16, 1924 – February 20, 2013) was the White House Chief Usher from 1969 to 1986, and White House Curator from 1986 to 1997. Provenance - Jim Warlick, a collector of political memorabilia, and the owner of White House Gifts, a souvenir store in Washington D.C. located across from the White House. .
