In addition, this copy has a letter, subscription form, and four-page catalog from Random House (American agents for the Nonesuch Press) laid in. 8vo. All 34 pp. All 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches. Two of the copies sewn in wraps are Very Good plus; cover of remaining copy is somewhat sunned and soiled, with bumped corners. Self-covered pamphlet shows some sunning and soiling on covers. Pages show some age-toning, some stray pencil marks. Copy pasted into blue wraps has a large tear on the upper right back cover, and some creasing at edges; spine is split at bottom and top, but still attached. Good with marginal tears, else Very Good. From the collection of Frederick Gale Ruffner, Jr. (1926-2014) the founder of the Detroit based reference book publisher, Gale Research. .
