He would edit the series and publish it in 1982 via Rasselas Press (Pacific Palisades, CA), instead of Lord John Press, as he was proposing here. Herb Yellin (1935-2014) was the highly respected publisher and founder of Lord John Press, considered by many to be one of the most important small presses of the 20th century. .
