Novelist and playwright Phillpotts is best known for his cycle of novels and stories set on Dartmoor. Autograph is on a loose sheet of paper which has been folded several times. Paper is badly sunned around two edges, but this does not affect the inscription. Aside from sunning and a small edge tear, sheet is in Very Good condition. .
