Description: San Francisco: Thomas Bros. 1923-1959. One leaf printed in blue with extensive annotations in pencil, likely by the staff at Walcott Realty Co. 14.5 x 20.25 inches. This is a page from a block book showing both the original Sunset Block and parcel numbers and the later Assessor Block and parcel numbers. Printed name of owner circa 1923 and new owners up to about 1959 in pencil. There are also numerous pencil reference numbers to legal recordings about the parcels and pencil drawings of lots created after 1923. There are normally three assessor blocks on each sheet. This is valuable for tracing owners and recording information over a 36 years period. .
