One corner slightly bumped, top edge a little dusty, very good. A little light shelf-wear to dust-jackets, edges slightly frayed, front flap creased, otherwise very good. The second and final, but stand-alone, volume of the author's history of Norman Sicily. The first volume, The Normans in the South (1016-1130), had been published three years earlier in 1967.
