This volume, edited by Bagnoli, analyzes in detail the conception and production of the Sarpi and Florian tables, the Rialto bookcase and the Toledo bed, along with Scarpa's more radical research, which remains only in sketches that are reproduced in this volume. The book further provides a chronological list of the pieces of furniture designed by Scarpa and produced by other entrepreneurs between 1968 and 1979.
