Rebound retaining light blue front and rear covers, small piece of front cover lacking without loss of text. The Horn Expedition left Adelaide in May 1894. After travelling by train to Oodnadatta, the party spent three and a half months 'scientifically exploring' the MacDonnell Ranges and Finke River basin. This journey took them through the country of Arrernte and Luritja people, who were crucial to the expedition's success, supplying natural history specimens, artefacts and information. Good.
