Description: Four hand written pages A3 in size; 2 seals, one dated London 23th Sept. 1854, other dated 25th April 1854 South Australia; first part of document "Walter Thomas Bury , clerk in orders late residing with his brother John Bury of Earl street Covenbuyee in England Surgeon by his last will and testament leaving date the third day of September one thousand eight hundred and fifty three gave and bequeathed to me as his Nephew the said Thomas Eaton Bury (son of his said Brother John) a legacy of three hundred pounds to the said Thomas Eaton Bury an additional Legacy of one hundred pounds, and to the said Thomas Eaton Bury fifty pounds/ free from legacy duty." second part of document "Power of Attorney from Thomas Eaton Bury Esquire to make his father John Bury Esquire to recieve moneys under the will of Rev.
