At the front of Volume one laid-in the original prospectus and 15, page pamphlet "An Account of the Old Register of St Botolph, Bishopsgate" along with two hand written letters concerning subscriptions. London; Issued to Subscribers only; 1889, 1893, 1895. Parishioners in December 1886 were asked to subscribe (4/- quarterly, or 16/- yearly), succeding parts would be sent at intervals of three months, the full subscription price being ten quartley payments.However the last parts were not sent until 1895.
