Bankstown; The St. Mark's Press; 1989. Printed and bound by Charles FitzHardinge-Bailey at the St Mark's Press, completed in 1989. The second book Printed at the Press, limited to 104 numbered and signed copies, printed on Cambewarra Shoalhaven all rag hand-made paper in hand-set 11 point Ehrhardt roman and italic types with Caslon display types and bound in specially designed papers made at the Press. Copy No. 49. Edward Spain was pressed into naval service, and later served with Arthur Phillip first governor of New South Wales. The manuscript journal is held by the Mitchell Library in Sydney.
