Wellington: Harry H. Tombs ltd.; 1919. Authors account of a raid on her homestead at Cluny (near Bothwell) in 1869, by three bushrangers Wingy, Flowers, and Sydney Jim. The raid was a success but they were later betrayed by an accomplice, Flowers and Wingy surrendered by Sydney Jim fought desperately until he was killed, The other two were later hanged in the Hobart Goal. At the end of the authors account is printed a letter from Lucy Reid with additional details of the Bushranging exploits of the time.
