We have several versions of this pamphlet they seem to date from the early 1900's to 1920's, the ones with the coloured supplement are the later editions, while many photographs remain the same in different editions the photograph of "Commercial Street looking west" changes from one edition to the next and seems the only way these pamphlets can be dated. This one has no coloured supplement and is the earliest view of Commercial Street we have seen, if not a first edition it is certainly one of the earliest editions.
