Description: First Edition; F'cap Folio; pp. ii, (32), 39;complete with all 12 statements and returns, original blue sewn parliamentary papers, good condition. Melpourne; The Government Printing Office; 1852. The first section is made up of three folding charts giving "Return showing the Number, Age, Sex, Condition, Native Country, Occupation, Education, and Religion, of the Immigrants who have been brought to the District of Port Phillip, (Now the Colony Of Victoria,) wholly or in part at the Public Expense, from the Foundation of the Settlement to Separation from New South Wales. [1838 to June, 1851.]" the following ten sections deal with Expenditure, and the final section gives the "Notices and Regulations issued by the Colonial land and Emigration Commissioners for information on the subject of Emigration to this Colony".
