Sydney; Hordern House; 2001. The original publication was limited to 300 copies and was out of print shortly after publication. This copy is one of twenty-eight specially numbered deluxe issues ( within the limitation of 300) on large paper bound in quarter vellum with glazed cloth boards. This copy being Number 1 of 28.
