In the North East Victoria and the Upper Murray regions it is more usual than not to have been either a debutante or a deb partner. It is very surprising that little survey or comparative material is available documenting the debutante ritual. The Photographs, objects and information in this exhibition come from the memories of the debs, partners and trainers of these regions..
