Description: First Edition; Demy 8vo; pp. ii, 168; frontispiece portrait, contemporary half leather binding, marbled boards, title lettered in gilt on spine, bookplate of Nancye Kent Perry on front fixed endpaper, frontispiece reinforced and repaired otherwise a good tight copy. Edinburgh Printed; James Robertson; 1794. Rare contemporary account of the trial, Skirving was transported to Australia for Sedition, he arrived in Port Jackson in 1794, and was granted a farm in present day Petersham. Ferguson 197.
