This is a Good Copy of this Book in green buckram cloth with brown buckram spine which is lettered in gilt.This is the subscriber's edition with list of subscribers at the back of the book.Well illustrated throughout and with both Rocque's map of 1745 and new map of hampstead present.Page edges are untrimmed.There is a some weakness to the rear gutter hinge of the book.Rather interestingly though this particular copy has the Author's own bookplate to the front pastedown of F.E Baines and Laura Baines dated Hampstead 1890,so I assume the Author's own personal copy at some point.Scarce title.Large 4to 575pp First Edition Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Good .
