This clean copy is bound in cream buckram with black stamping with its woodblock print by William Nicholson. This illustration for the wrapper and cover was inspired by a section of the famous frieze at Knole. This rare dustjacket is printed in red on cream coloured stock. There are a few pieces missing from the dustjacket as per the photos.Cross & Ravenscroft-Hulme A8. A wonderful addition to any VSW collector’s library. .
