Self-made booklets of stiff manilla papers, to which the white sheets are stapled. 3 handmade booklets of various pages each (unpaginated, all printed recto only). Gold seal of the State of California stuck to each certificate. Roughly 13-3/4" x 9" each. Modest wear to manila backings and paper (light rubbing and age-toning, some small markings). A VG set. Example from Members List: "..the list hereunto annexed sets forth the names and addresses of the duly qualified Members of the Prohibition State Central Committee for its meeting in the City of Sacramento on August 7, 1960, or on August 6, 1960, in the event it is decided to hold such meeting on the 6th of August, according to the records of this office and pursuant to the provision of Section 2820 of the Elections Code.".
