First five volumes ex library Eug. de Keyn (with his stamp), volume six ex library Dr. Maurice Royer (with his stamp) and Carolus Casolari (with his ex libris depicting a spider in its web with the motto âǘâÇÖnihil sine laboreâÇÖâÇÖ). Some foxing in first pages volume 5, lower right corner of plate 43 missing. Volume six is often missing and was published one year before BerceâÇÖs death, and treats the microlepidoptera (Hétérocères. Deltoides, Pyralites). Berce writes in his introduction:âÇÖâÇÖNous avons longtemps hésité à entreprendre ce sixième volume malgré les encouragements de plusiers de nos collègues; la crainte de faire un travail incomplet nous avait retenuâÇÖâÇÖ.
