Small 4to. 19th-cent. boards (somewhat rubbed). Basel, Daniel Eckenstein, 1748. First part of three of Herrliberger's (1697-1777) collection of portrais of famous Swiss citizens, a.o. Holbein, Buxtorf, Canisius, Hirzel. This is the only part which was printed by Eckenstein in Basel.
