With a handwritten dedication by the author to the Dutch geologist Gustaaf Adolf Frederik Molengraaff (1860-1942), and with a stamp of of Molengraaff's private library on the front wrapper and title page. Uncut. Wrapper edges and spine ends somewhat frayed and chipped - as usual with uncut wrappers, wrapper partly split along rear fold, otherwise a very good, clean and complete copy.
