Disbound. = The seldom-seen anthropological, anatomical parts of the expedition's results. Written by the British professor of anatomy and brain surgeon, Sir William Turner (1832-1916). The work deals with crania from the Admirality Islands, Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia, Patagonia,South Africa, etc. The author draws conclusions about the origin of several groups of people. Both parts disbound, of which one showing this in being a bit cocked near the spine. Some light spotting to a few text pages, otherwise very good.
