This journal itself is uncommon. Jousseaume was the first to break the "cowries" up into more natural groups. Therefore, many genera are new, and still in use today. Provenance: with a handwritten dedication by Jousseaume to Deslongchamps. Stamp of the American malacologist Richard Irwin Johnson (1925-2020) in the top margin of the front wrappers, otherwise a very good, clean copy.
