Speckled edges. = A fine copy of this important thesis on marine bryozoans written by the French zoologist Louis Calvet (1868-1930). This is his thesis. Signed by the author in the top margin of the title, apparently before binding, as it is partly cut. Slight shelf wear, some weak, pin point foxing to the plates, otherwise very good, clean. Rare. Especially when well-bound, such as this copy.
