Printed list of "stellingen" loosely inserted. = A seldom-seen monograph. This is the original publication, with the first descriptions of several new species belonging to an enigmatic group of "water moles". Later, the work was republished, in a different format, in the series, Utrecht Micropaleontological Bulletins, as "Special publication no. 4." Wrapper with some light abrasion due to the removal of a label; stamp on title, otherwise a very good, clean copy.
